Delivery time

LS Fashion Kids always aims to get your package ready for shipment within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. Depending on the way the package is sent, it can take up to 3 to 4 business days before the package is delivered to your home.

Shipping costs

No shipping costs are charged for personal delivery or pick-up in store.

Note: this is only possible during opening hours.

To Belgium: 

Free shipping for Belgium from €100. If your order is lower than €100 then you always pay a fixed amount of €5 for shipping to Belgium. The package is delivered to your home with BPost. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a written notification in the mail and you can pick up the package at the post office. Of course, if you wish, you can always enter your work address or the address of a neighbor or friend during the order under "delivery address".

To Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France and Germany:

Free shipping from €115. If your order is lower than €115 then you always pay a flat rate of €15 for shipping to Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France and Germany. 

The consumer has the right to notify LS Fashion Kids that he renounces the purchase, without payment of any penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product. The consumer then returns the goods in their original packaging at his own risk and expense.

Items that do not meet your requirements or are damaged on arrival can be returned after you have reported this via e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (050 51 15 08). After we have answered your e-mail, you can return your items to LS Fashion, Lippenslaan 180, 8300 Knokke-Heist under the following conditions:

The article must be returned in unaltered condition (new + labels) within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

As soon as we receive the items back in their original state, we will refund you the amount due (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days.

Clothing ordered from the outlet or at a discount (with a code or during the sales period) will not be refunded upon return. You will receive a voucher that is valid for one year to use again in our webshop or store.

We reserve the right to refuse returns when it is suspected that the items have already been used or when damage is suspected to have been caused by fault other than LS Fashion or the supplier of the item.

We check our items before sending them and ensure proper packaging, the customer agrees to check the order upon delivery. Never accept packaging that is obviously damaged in transit and check your shipment immediately upon receipt! We check every shipment before it leaves our warehouse. If you do notice damage to the items you ordered, we ask that you notify us immediately, if possible we also ask you to email us a photo of the damaged item. Never throw away the postal packaging before you have determined that your shipment is in good condition and never return a package already received without first contacting us!
